The Method

Discover. Shape. Create. Share.

Four steps, in the same order, every time. What changes is your story, your audience, and what your business actually needs first.

The four steps

A standardized process, so nothing important gets skipped.

You stay the hero of the story. Teja is your guide, and the Method is how she gets you from “people don’t understand what I do” to marketing your customers can feel.

01

Discover

I uncover the story, purpose, people, and promise behind your business, then find the human truth that helps the right customers connect with you.

02

Shape

I transform your story into a clear message, compelling customer promise, distinctive position, and practical marketing direction.

03

Create

I create the digital and visual assets that bring your story to life and turn it into marketing designed to attract attention, build trust, and create opportunity.

04

Share

I put your story where the right people can find it, understand it, trust it, and take the next step.

Step one

Discover

I start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. Why the business exists, who it serves, what you keep hearing from your best customers, and what you wish more people understood. Then I look at what’s already out there: your website, your search presence, your social profiles, your reviews.

  • The Story & Needs Discovery Call, so I hear it in your words
  • A review of your current website, search presence, and social profiles
  • The people you most want to reach, and what they need to believe
  • The human truth underneath the service you sell

Discovery happens in person wherever it can. Captions and a custom thumbnail on every video.

Step two

Shape

A story only works when it’s clear. I turn what I found into a message you can say out loud, a promise your customers care about, and a position that makes you hard to compare with anyone else.

  • Your core message, in plain language
  • The customer promise, and the proof behind it
  • Your Position in Your Market
  • A practical marketing direction you can actually follow

Step three

Create

Then I make the assets. Photography, video, drone footage, written content, social posts, and a website that earns trust. Real media of your real business, made to carry your story rather than decorate it.

  • On-site photography and video, shot with your story in mind
  • Social content built from categories chosen for your business
  • Website pages and landing pages that lead somewhere
  • Assets you keep, and can keep using

Step four

Share

Great assets sitting in a folder don’t create opportunity. I put your story where the right people are already looking, and I make the next step obvious once they get there.

  • Search and answer-engine visibility, including local search
  • Social publishing on the platforms your customers actually use
  • Clear calls to action, forms, and follow-up so inquiries don’t leak
  • Simple reporting on what happened, and what to do next

The Teja Vu Growth Protocol

The Method is how I work. The Protocol is what I do for you.

Your Teja Vu Growth Protocol gives you a clear set of priorities, actions, deliverables, and intended outcomes based on your story, your audience, your goals, and the way your business works.

Standardized process. Customized execution. You’ll know what’s happening first, why it matters, and who owns it.

  • What Should Happen First
  • Why Each Action Matters
  • Which Services Support the Strategy
  • What Teja Vu Owns
  • What You Own
  • What outcomes the work is intended to support
  • How Progress Will Be Reviewed
  • What the Next Opportunity Is

Your Protocol is written after discovery, and it changes as your business changes.

What it looks like in practice

The first ninety days, in the usual order.

Weeks 1 to 3

Discovery and direction

The discovery call, a review of what you already have, and your written Growth Protocol with priorities in order.

Weeks 3 to 8

Production

On-site photography and video, website work, and the first content built from your story.

Weeks 8 to 12

Sharing and review

Publishing, search and local visibility work, follow-up paths, and a review of what happened and what’s next.

Timing depends on scope, access to your team and locations, and how quickly approvals come back.

Your business has a story worth telling.

You don’t need more random marketing activity. You need a clear story, strong assets, and a practical way to get them in front of the right people.
